Scheiße! My card (the one in the camera) has gone SPLAAAAAA! Saturday, Sunday & this morning's pics are GONE!. Nothing special: Narrowboat Dayspring and more grebe stuff is all.
We once did a narrowboat holiday and loved it. I was amazed when I walked from Tinsley to Rotherham on the canal how many people live on the boats permanantly. Lovely photos as ever
ReplyDeleteI've never been on a Narrowboat but I see a lot of the narrowboaters on the canal and I'm surprised at how friendly *all* most of them are. They always seem willing to chat and tell their stories.
ReplyDeleteCompare them with the local yobs who take pleasure in smashing things and a lot of the dog lovers(!) who fail to clean up after their beasts.
